Rhubarb Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz rhubarb syrup (see below for recipe)
  • 1-2 oz Gin, Rum or Whiskey
  • ½ oz lemon or lime juice optional
  • a few ice cubes OR larger frozen fruit like whole strawberries/peach slices
  • soda water, to fill your jar

Instructions
 

  • In a pint jar, pour gin, rhubarb syrup, lemon/lime and ice/frozen fruit. Screw a liquid tight lid on and shake well.
  • Fill jar up with soda water, give a stir, and enjoy!
