Rhubarb Gin Cocktail

In reality you can use most any hard liquor you want, gin, rum or whiskey being my choices

- 2 oz rhubarb syrup (see below for recipe)
- 1-2 oz Gin, Rum or Whiskey
- ½ oz lemon or lime juice optional
- a few ice cubes OR larger frozen fruit like whole strawberries/peach slices
- soda water, to fill your jar
In a pint jar, pour gin, rhubarb syrup, lemon/lime and ice/frozen fruit. Screw a liquid tight lid on and shake well.
Fill jar up with soda water, give a stir, and enjoy!
