Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup salt-free chili powder
  • ¼ cup tarragon or oregano
  • 3 Tablespoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup minced dried onion
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 Tablespoons cumin seeds or 1 ½ tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Measure into a pint jar, put a lid on and shake well.
  • Label and tuck away with your other spices.

Notes

  • When seasoning taco meat, I recommend 2 tablespoons per pound.
