- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water or milk alternative
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh or frozen fruit berries or sliced stone fruit or apples
Pour olive oil into a baking dish.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
