Cold brew isn't just for coffee! Easily brew a half gallon of honey-sweetened green tea in the fridge for warm summer days.

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey or granulated sugar
- 2 fat pinches sea salt
- 2 quarts cold water
- 3 green tea bags
In a half gallon jar, mix warm water, lemon juice, honey/sugar and salt to dissolve.
Add cold water and green tea bags, put into fridge and let sit 24 hrs before drinking.
Can remove tea bags after that or leave them in.
- This method works with any type of tea you like.
- Use a leak-proof lid when storing the finished tea, or look for fun pouring lids for your jars.
