Cold brew isn't just for coffee! Easily brew a half gallon of honey-sweetened green tea in the fridge for warm summer days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey or granulated sugar
  • 2 fat pinches sea salt
  • 2 quarts cold water
  • 3 green tea bags

Instructions
 

  • In a half gallon jar, mix warm water, lemon juice, honey/sugar and salt to dissolve.
  • Add cold water and green tea bags, put into fridge and let sit 24 hrs before drinking.
  • Can remove tea bags after that or leave them in.

Notes

  • This method works with any type of tea you like.
  • Use a leak-proof lid when storing the finished tea, or look for fun pouring lids for your jars.
