Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup sour cream or use yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Fill mold and add lid and sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours before eating; 8 hours or overnight if removing to store.

Notes

  • Reduce the added honey if you are using sweetened yogurt.
  • Fresh or frozen fruit is fine, and there's no need to peel!
  • Taste the mix before freezing - you will want it to almost be "too sweet" because once frozen, the sweetness is dulled some.
  • We always use molds without reusable sticks. They always get lost in the yard and I'm not chasing them down! Wooden sticks will just decompose.
