Thick Balsamic Salad Dressing

Making your own salad dressing is super easy. You can adjust the flavours and always have thick balsamic dressing on hand in the fridge.

- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup avocado oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Peel and mince garlic and place into a mason jar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Use a stick blender and start on low, pulsing the blender up and down in the ingredients until they emulsify.
- No stick blender? If you have a small blender (like a nutribullet) or your food processor has a small bowl accessory, you can use those as well!
