Air Fryer Baked Apples

Everyone loves apple crisp. It's the perfect fall dessert! Try something new and make your apple crisp in your air fryer.

- 4 medium apples see notes
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup butter
- Whipped cream for serving
Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in oats, granola, and sunflower seeds.
Melt butter and stir into mixture to make coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Wash, core, and slice apples into bite-sized cubes.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish and add apples. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on apples if you like them with lots of spice.
Add oat crumble mix on top of apples.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove dish from air fryer and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- For baking, we like a mix of Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady apples.
