Use a popsicle stick to measure the height of one of the reservoirs.
Cut each banana to that height, so that the bananas aren’t sticking up because they will float a little. You want to be able to put the mold lid/top on in order to make the popsicles straight.
Insert the popsicle stick into the banana. It doesn’t need to/ shouldn’t follow the curve.
Mix together remaining ingredients and whisk well.
Put a banana into each mold section and fill with liquid ingredients.
Freeze.
Notes
DO NOT use milk in place of heavy cream. It will curdle and look awful.
You CAN use almond milk or coconut milk in place of the cream to make these dairy-free.
