Chicken Thighs on a Traeger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt not Greek
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Traeger to 375°F.
  • Add yogurt and seasonings to a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add chicken and stir to coat. Let rest while grill preheats.
  • Spread oil over grates. Place chicken on grill and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip and cook 10 minutes more.
  • Remove from grill and rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • You can use this marinade for chicken breasts as well but keep in mind they cook quicker.
