Chicken Thighs on a Traeger

- 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup plain yogurt not Greek
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
Preheat Traeger to 375°F.
Add yogurt and seasonings to a large bowl and mix to combine.
Add chicken and stir to coat. Let rest while grill preheats.
Spread oil over grates. Place chicken on grill and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip and cook 10 minutes more.
Remove from grill and rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
- You can use this marinade for chicken breasts as well but keep in mind they cook quicker.
