Looking for new cooking techniques? We got a Traeger grill and love these yogurt-marinated chicken thighs on it!

I've just started using our new Traeger pellet grill. It's so fun to have a new "kitchen" item with a new-to-us method of cooking - wood pellets. I'm going to learn how to use it so I can teach you all some new recipes.
I started with chicken thighs, which are more forgiving than chicken breast. They retain moisture better and definitely have more flavour. Add a yogurt marinade and you are cooking! For more flavour, try out Dutch Oven Chicken Thighs which have a coconut milk base. I also love using yogurt on a whole chicken, like in Campfire Chicken!
Key Ingredients

Chicken - Boneless skinless chicken thighs have a great taste and are also quite economical.
Yogurt - Whole milk plain yogurt gives you a great base for seasonings and helps them stick to the chicken.
Seasonings - Paprika and mustard bring a lot of flavour to the game.

FAQs
This chicken has a great taste on its own, so serving it with rice and veggies makes for a really easy dinner on long, busy summer days. You can also slice it and use it on Whole Wheat Naan, maybe with some Caesar Salad for the perfect chicken wrap.
Yup, you can also make these chicken thighs on a gas grill, charcoal grill, or even the Blackstone. This is truly just a recipe for amazing yogurt marinade, and you can cook the chicken using your favourite method!
