Egg nog is the flavour of winter, so why not turn it into ice cream? Homemade egg nog with homemade Irish cream and you have a delight!

- 3 cups raw whole milk or whole milk from the store
- 8 farm fresh whole eggs or pasteurized from the store
- 1 cup Irish Cream Liqueur or 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Fresh grated nutmeg to taste about ¼ - ½ teaspoon
Whisk or blend fresh eggs in a large bowl or blender with milk, sugar, and nutmeg for a few minutes until frothy.
Add mix to your ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
Ice cream may be eaten immediately as soft serve or transferred to freezer for a firmer texture.
Add another dash of nutmeg on top to serve.
- Try serving with mini candy canes or crushed mints or mini chocolate chips.
