Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the sourdough bread into ¼ to ½-inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic or powder over bread pieces and mix thoroughly with hands. Add a bit more oil if bread is not fully coated.
Add to prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway.
Take out of oven and allow to cool completely.
Serve with salad, soup, or munch on as snacks.
Notes
Store in a sealed container for several weeks. You can give a quick refresh in the oven and cool again before using if they seem soft.
