Sourdough French Bread Pizza

Take your homemade French bread and turn it into .... pizza! This is the best way to use up all our homemade ingredients and have a meal everyone loves.

1 loaf French bread ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce ½ pound sausage of choice cooked 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
Preheat oven to 400F.
Slice a loaf of French bread in half the long ways and place on a sheet pan.
Spread sauce evenly over the halves.
Add cooked meat over the pizza. Add optional veggies if desired.
Add shredded cheese over sausage.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Use your favorite sauce whether it's from the store or homemade.
Use whatever cheese is in the fridge - sky's the limit!
Use cooked or cured meats. Raw meat won't cook in this short amount of time.
