Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 large handfuls baby arugula
  • 1 cup creamy balsamic dressing
  • 1 cup candied pepitas see notes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Toss gently with tongs and serve immediately.

  • Watch your ingredients - sometimes candied nuts and seeds include egg whites, or your dressing might include dairy or eggs. Just be aware of that if serving anyone with allergies.
