Watermelon feta salad is the perfect side dish for burgers, steak, or chicken. It's cool, refreshing, and has a delightful mix of textures.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon ¼-1/2”
  • 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Add cubed watermelon to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add feta, onion, basil, and salt to the bowl.
  • Drizzle balsamic over top and toss gently with salad tongs.

Notes

  • Mix up just before serving.
  • Always serve with a slotted spoon as the watermelon releases a lot of juice.
