Watermelon feta salad is the perfect side dish for burgers, steak, or chicken. It's cool, refreshing, and has a delightful mix of textures.

- 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon ¼-1/2”
- 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Add cubed watermelon to a large mixing bowl.
Add feta, onion, basil, and salt to the bowl.
Drizzle balsamic over top and toss gently with salad tongs.
- Mix up just before serving.
- Always serve with a slotted spoon as the watermelon releases a lot of juice.
