- ¾ cup kefir
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- Juice from ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- 5 chives
Mince or chop garlic finely and roughly cut up herbs.
In a tall jar, add all your ingredients and blend up with immersion blender. You can do the same thing in a regular blender if you don’t have one.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight jar for up to a week.
- Use as dressing or dip. Marius loves this as a dip with pizza crust.
- If you don't have an immersion blender, this works best with a smaller blender, such as one that has an "individual smoothie" jar.
- Use 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning in place of fresh herbs and garlic powder if necessary.
