Cold brew isn't just for coffee! Easily brew a half gallon of honey-sweetened green tea in the fridge for warm summer days.

We love all types of tea in this house, whether it's hot or iced! Marius is also a big tea drinker, and would often take our "homemade Snapple" aka Honey Iced Tea with him when he worked long days outside the home.
This cold brew tea steeps all day so you can drink it tomorrow. Need some tea now?? Be ready in under 20 minutes with my Iced Tea with Green Tea. Make both and compare to see which type is your favourite! Not a tea drinker? My Best Iced Coffee Ever is also a crowd pleaser. We do both tea and coffee here and are always ready for guests!
Key Ingredients

Green Tea - Choose your favourite green tea bags that you love hot.
Honey - We simply love how honey tastes here but organic cane sugar also works well.
Balance - If you've never tried it, I promise you need to! We add lemon juice and salt to almost all of our tea. They really just balance out the taste!

FAQs
I find that's the perfect time due to the temperature, but you can definitely play around with it. Feel free to pour off a glass after 12 hours and see what you think. Different brands of tea might need different times as well. Don't want to wait? I've also perfected a quick-brew style that's ready in under 20 minutes, with my Iced Tea with Honey recipe.
We love honey. Sometimes we keep bees, sometimes we shop at the farmer's market. Local honey just has the best taste to us and you can't beat the benefits of it either. You can also use organic cane sugar if you like. Often you will want to use half as much honey as granulated sugar, but feel free to play around with it. You can also sweeten each glass, it isn't necessary to add to the jar. However, it is much easier to dissolve the sugar into warm water first, which is why we've landed on sweetening the batch as a whole.
