These peaches and cream popsicles are delicious on a hot summer day. Probiotics with natural sweeteners and fresh fruit!

Creamy and dreamy - whether you grew up with a box of creamsicles, the ice cream truck, or made your own, cream and fruit are a classic combination. These probiotic pops get their creaminess from sour cream!
If you love creamy treats, Mango Cream Popsicles are perfect for those heavy-cream cows like mine. Prefer not so sweet? A Blueberry Banana Smoothie can feel like an ice cream, honestly, but with way less sugar.
Key Ingredients

Peaches - You can use fresh or frozen in popsicles. It's perfect because when you have an abundance of fresh you can use them up, but you can also make these any time of year.
Dairy - Milk and sour cream will give us the right texture and have a perfect tang to offset the sweet.
Sugar - We don't shy away from treats in our house, but we do try and make our own and reach for honey or maple syrup.

FAQs
Don't shy away from this ingredient! Think about it - when you make your own Raw Milk Sour Cream, it's simply cultured cream. And what's yogurt but cultured milk? But if you're fresh out of sour cream or not quite ready to make the leap, then never fear. You can easily use plain or vanilla yogurt here as well, just keep in mind you'll want to reduce the added honey if your yogurt is already sweetened.
The cream here makes it take longer than your basic ice pops. Aim for at least 6 hours to pull one out to eat. But especially if you are unmolding them all to a storage container, wait at least 8 hours or overnight.

Peach Popsicles
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced peaches fresh or frozen
- ยพ cup sour cream or use yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ยผ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill mold and add lid and sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours before eating; 8 hours or overnight if removing to store.
Notes
- Reduce the added honey if you are using sweetened yogurt.
- Fresh or frozen fruit is fine, and there's no need to peel!
- Taste the mix before freezing - you will want it to almost be "too sweet" because once frozen, the sweetness is dulled some.
- We always use molds without reusable sticks. They always get lost in the yard and I'm not chasing them down! Wooden sticks will just decompose.
